This design proposal describes a professional development micro-credential for 10 undergraduate business interns seeking to gain internship experience.
I designed a mini Rise 360 course that integrated scenario-based learning and role-play activities. Knowledge checks are embedded within the course to facilitate active engagement.
I am interested in how badges are challenging traditional credentials, such as college degrees and certificates to operate in more dynamic workforces and industries that are embracing competency-based education.
